The optimum user-friendly controller features an 8” full color display and a fast response touch screen. Multiple units can be controlled and there is an internal recipe/data storage function and exchange via USB. Communication via TCP-IP, Modbus or Profibus. Menus are self-explanatory. The controller housing is made of robust stainless steel housing.

Volumetric dosing unit controllers

The MC30 controller is the most advanced controller for volumetric dosing systems. It features an automatic material calibration function and a recipes storage function. Communication goes through TCP/IP. There is a menu guided control and graphic LCD display with backlight. The MC30 controller also has an integrated hopper loader control and a warning and alarm output.

The MC18 controller requires manual adjustment of dosing speed and time and works in relay mode for extrusion applications. There is also an auto synchronization function to the extruder speed. The display has a 4-piece 7 segments LED display. The controller also features an integrated hopper loader control and an alarm output.

The MC12 controller requires manual adjustment of dosing speed and time and works for injection molding and extrusion applications. The display has a 4-piece 7 segments LED display.

The MCMicro is equipped with a MC18 or MC12 controller.
